MY STORY
Quebec-born ZAÏKA is a multi-talented artist who started performing on local stages at the age of 7.
Zaika had her first TV appearances at the age of 14. At the age of 19, she flew to Morocco for three months, where she performed to packed venues. Endowed with a voice that is both rock and melodious, her charismatic presence charmed and captivated every audience. Once back in Canada, she took part in a number of musicals, including Coyote Ugly and Flashdance, on various Canadian tours.
As a young performer with a wealth of experience, she accompanied several renowned artists as a backup singer. At 21, not speaking a word of English, she set off alone by train to compete on Canadian Idol.
Motherhood came calling, a period of silence as an artist followed.
In 2019, she embarks on one of the most remarkable American tours as lead singer; The Wall Extravaganza. Then in 2022, more than ever in love with the stage, music and singing, she writes a musical that gives her a fresh perspective and renewed vision. Afterwards, ZAÏKA co-wrote her first solo album and launched her career, marking a turning point in her artistic life.
Beyond music, ZAÏKA is also known for her generosity and commitment to humanitarian causes. Her greatest wish is to combine her musical career with humanitarian projects aimed at bringing about positive change in the world.
